POLYTROPIC now has a multi-disciplinary team at its head office near Lyon, in France, but also in Spain, Canada and Asia. For over twenty years, we have been designing heat pumps for swimming pools in France and manufacturing them in our partner factories around the world, to meet the requirements of swimming pool professionals and private individuals alike. Our expertise in thermodynamics, our culture of innovation and our acute sense of customer service have made us the French benchmark for pool heating at international level.

POLYTROPIC heat pumps havea warranty of 2 to 5 years on all components (depending on model, sales brochure and sales contract), 15 years against corrosion of the Titanium exchanger, as well as 7 years on the compressor (after expert appraisal)..
