The technical team is here to help you and all Polytropic heat pump users!
As well as providing reliable, high-quality equipment, our Lyon-based technicians deploy all their skills and are ready to answer any questions you may have with the utmost responsiveness to ensure your satisfaction.
The technical hotline is available from 8.30am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm and will be happy to answer you in 5 languages.

New troubleshooting module

integrated with PolyConnect

Polytropic is making it even easier to resolve technical problems reactively, thanks to a new remote assistance tool. After installing the PolyConnect application on a smartphone or tablet as soon as the heat pump is connected, professionals and private customers can access the troubleshooting module if required.
The scrolling diagnostic grid is illustrated with photos and concrete examples, helping the professional to assess the situation in order to resolve any malfunctions or compile the after-sales file (for sending a spare part, for example).
For private customers, this means they can manage their equipment on their own, in complete autonomy, when the hotline is not available.

We provide technical support to installers in selecting, installing and commissioning the equipment.
After-sales diagnostics are carried out directly with the customer. Our technician initiates and carries out all the necessary procedures without the need for written confirmation.
